Merry Merry Christmas.... a few weeks late.... but I'm trying, I really am.  Anyways.
We spent Christmas this year in our lovely little home.  It was so much fun to be home with the girls doing all the fun traditions that come along with Christmas.  The cookies, hanging stockings, jammies, reading stories and what has quickly become my favorite thing in the world. . . the Christmas morning FREAK OUT!!  The magic of Christmas is alive and well here.  It was so incredible to hear the girls sneak out of their beds, peek into the living room and discover what had happened while they were sleeping.  They ran into our room jumping up and down, screaming something that sounded Christmassy and then ran back out again to make sure that their eyes weren't playing tricks on them.  Kaleb laughed and said that all the stress of getting Christmas together was TOTALLY worth it after seeing and hearing that reaction from them!  Darling girls!  Oops, I forgot, we had Christmas Eve dinner at our house with my family and we had WAY too much food.  What's a family get together without mountains of food?  We watched a wonderful video about the Nativity and read a sweet little Christmas story together.  It was fun!  We spent some time at my Mom's house on Christmas, eating again.  Then we all came back at our house for the rest of the day to play in the snow and eat ourselves into a Christmas food coma.  Perfect.
The day always goes by way too fast.  I really enjoyed it all.
