Lily started 2nd grade last week! She was sooo ready to go. She had her outfit all picked out the night before and was ready to walk to the bus 30 minutes before we needed to be there. School is her thing, she loves it. Yesterday I asked her what her favorite thing about school is and she quickly replied, Homework! She's awesome! I hope she keeps loving school and homework forever. It makes my job easy when it comes to school! HA HA! I'm so proud of her and how hard she works. She is one smart little lady. AND she even asked for a hug and a kiss at the bus stop this year! WAHOO! That may change in years to come, but this year she made my Mom heart happy!
